So it is using patent flag to buy time. Once Intel releases its new products that can compete, they will withdraw the patent flag and show everyone how much a nice guy they can be… But by then they would already have their new products out.

Usually, companies that do follow lawsuit league usually end up on outskirts or cease its existence… Intergraph, Rambus, Transmeta etc.. come to mind first.
