		<description><![CDATA[I agree that the workstation chips could run at a higher TDP, given the heavy duty cooling parts that exist in the enthusiast/workstation arena.  The top SKUs of Xeons should be unlocked and I doubt anyone would be happier to see this happen than myself.  That being said, I personally would appreciate it if the author would refrain from posting any articles that state that future chips will be unlocked without some verifiable proof.  I recall two such articles to date, one for Sandy Bridge-EP and the one posted in mid-May of this year that stated that the top SKUs of the Xeon DP lineup would be unlocked and that there would be water cooling variants as well.  Again, this information that the Xeon will be unlocked has been proved to be wrong.  All posting articles like those referenced above does is get people&#039;s hopes up, so until solid evidence exists, please stop posting articles that claim such a move is coming.]]></description>
