I currently see three pictures, a Seiko, a shop display, and a Sanyo. I see hiragana characters on the keys of the Seiko and Sanyo, and the Sanyo clearly has a Japanese-English 和英 dictionary card. Maybe you mean in the shop picture, which has a Chinese language 中国語 sign at bottom left. That could mean it includes Japanese-Chinese language dictionaries, a large market now that China is Japan’s largest trading partner.
