It's not as bad as you say. The Asian side of my family(Filipino/ Chinese) predominantly only buy/ drive Japanese/ Asian products. I must have been the only one to ever own an Xbox, for instance. Sure, there is an exception, here and there, where somebody in the family bought a Chevy Blazer to haul around 3 kids, but my cousins, for instance, only ever thought that Japanese and Korean made cars were the best and to them, a Mitsubishi was more "cool" than, say, a Mustang. My father was the odd one, having been into Hot Rods. My aunt drove Nissan's, but now owns a Lexus, and my second cousin only buys ever buy Lexus. My father now drives a Geo Metro because he drives long distances to work(over an hour) and those are basically Suzuki's.

Now, we have to examine why all of this is? Well, aside from flare, Japanese/ Asian products are almost always more practical, over anything else. I've owned two American vehicles and have never gotten them to last nearly as long as people I have known that drive a Corolla(with almost no oil most of it's life lol), Nissan Sentra or even my latest 2001 Celica, which now has nearly 175k on it and still going strong. My Chevy Cavalier needed a thermostat and water pump replacement at around 67K and a clutch around 72k. My AC became inconsistent, and could never figure out why the fan relay would never kick off(I checked the fuses and replaced the fan relay, even). This would cause the car to begin overheating during long periods of idle in hot western weather.
My Celica hasn't even needed a clutch yet. I got my Celica in 2003, after I had ridden myself of the Cavalier. For 4 years I was horrible and hadn't even cleaned out the filter and found it was caked solid in dirt/ flies and pine needles and it still ran beautifully.

The Asian's that you say want to "act white" is a niche market. Sure, I have seen Japanese biker gangs that ride Harley's or Asian musicians that buy American-based guitars, but most of the best guitars are assembled in American and Japan(mostly, in Japan anymore).

How does this translate over to Xbox One vs PS4? Easy, I remember reading an article around Xbox Original launch. The Japanese detested it because their living spaces are cramped/ small and you couldn't sit anything on top of the console(it was domed) and you couldn't orient it on it's side...and it was huge. The Xbox One is nearly as big as the Xbox One and once again, you can't put anything on top of it(vents) and you can't orient it on it's side(Microsoft advises against it). It's not a practical design. Meanwhile, you can do all these things with a PS4. The Xbox 360 was a step forward in chassis design, but you still couldn't keep other things around it, because it required wide-open breathing space. It couldn't be inclosed, you couldn't really stack things around or on it, it needed to breath....that or RROD. Once again, the unreliability of American products.

I had to stop reading after seeing Xbox one as the supposed best selling console and no news of any Vita releases. Both of these statements are ridiculous. Everyone know PS4 has been killing it in sales and a good number of Vita titles have been announced for Vita that are not indie.

I'll admit that Japanese nationalism exists, and that they are xenophobic when you include actual people, but usually they KaoTao to anything American, very similar to China and South-Korea, in fact North-Korea is the only Asian country that doesn't have a population where 100% of the people own at-least 5 cowboy hats and sleep with the U.S. American flag over their beds, Sony is doomed in their own country... the only reason the company even exists is because they sell abroad (in America ironically).

Odd, Japanese people usually ALWAYS choose the American-made products over their own, think about how Sony Mobile Communications is about to go bankrupt, and how nearly everyone in Japan and South-Korea exclusively buys iPhones, iMacs, and other Apple products over their native products, solely because they are obvsessed with ''acting white'' (think about how they are one of the few cultures that still observes the European tradition of bowing as a greet), the Xbox One was sure to outsell the PlayStation at any front, it's surprising that the Apple-Banday Pippin didn't destroy Nintendo and SEGA, maybe because it wasn't ''100% American'' as the Japanese Banday contributed to it, anyhow I'm surprised that the Xbox One doesn't hold a 100% marketshare in the market of the Americanophile Japanese.
