In Win is known for bold designs, as seen in the D Frame and the Tou, but this time around the vendor is catering to a more mainstream audience with the launch of the 707 and the 703. Both enclosures feature a more subdued design and do not contain any exotic materials in their construction.

That doesn’t mean that there isn’t anything noteworthy in the 707 and the 703, as both enclosures offer a host of features. The mid-term 703 is constructed out of SECC steel and can accommodate motherboards of ATX and micro-ATX form factors. Users can install video cards as long as 408mm and CPU coolers up to 170mm in height without any issues, and the case also comes with an external 5.25-inch drive bay. Internally, the 703 can slot in two 5.25-inch drives, two 2.5-inch drives and either four 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives.

Front I/O includes one USB 3.0 port, one USB 2.0 port and HD audio connectors. In terms of ventilation, the In Win 703 features mounting holes for two 120mm fans at the front, one 120mm fan at the back and a 120mm fan at the bottom. System builders looking to install a liquid-cooled solution can easily install the radiator block thanks to cut-outs.

The In Win 703 is available in black and red color variants, with both versions featuring an acrylic side panel that allows users to showcase internal hardware.

The In Win 707 is the full-tower offering, and shares the same design as its smaller sized sibling. Featured on the 707 are three external 5.25-inch drive bays, the ability to accommodate E-ATX, ATX and micro-ATX motherboards as well as the inclusion of mounting slots for installing up to nine fans if needed. The larger chassis can fit in CPU coolers up to 190mm in height, as well as video cards 365mm in length.

The 707 comes in two variants as well, a black and a white edition, although the differences lie in more than just the color scheme. The black version accommodates one more fan, and can fit in taller CPU coolers, although it does not come with the sound insulating foam found in the white edition. The sound insulation foam means that the white variant does not have an acrylic side window.

All that is needed now is the availability and pricing information, which In Win will be announcing shortly.

Taiwanese case manufacturer In Win is collaborating with Caseking in launching the In Win D-Frame Mini, a smaller version of the D-Frame, an aluminium ruggedized chassis that is ideal for LAN parties.

The D-Frame Mini is constructed out of a 4mm aluminium frame, and features 3mm tinted glass panels on each side. The 16 shock-proof rubber stands means that you can place the chassis on any side, and an integrated handle allows you to easily carry it around. While the D-Frame Mini carries the same design as its larger variant, it is designed to be used for mini-ITX builds. The mini-ITX segment has seen a lot of great new additions lately, with In Win’s efforts echoing that of casemaker Lian Li, which offers several mini-ITX enclosures in interesting form factors.

The case can comfortably accommodate dual-video cards, each 340mm in length, as well as a 220mm ATX-sized PSU. CPU heatsinks up to 165mm in length can fit in the chassis, which means that you can install CPU coolers like Noctua’s NH-D15 without any issues. If you’re looking to go with a liquid-cooled configuration, the D-Frame Mini can accommodate a 240mm radiator block. In terms of storage, the chassis features five drive bays, which can be configured to fit three 3.5-inch drives and two 2.5-inch drives. The ruggedness and the criss-crossing aluminium construction differentiate In Win’s offering against traditional enclosures in this segment, and with the original D-Frame becoming a huge hit with gamers, it is likely that this smaller version will also see similar interest.

In Win is offering the chassis in three color variants: matt black, red and orange. The black version will be available initially, and other color variants will be available at a later stage. International pricing is yet to be determined, but the chassis is retailing for $388 (299.90 EUR) on Caseking, with deliveries set to commence from October 31.
