TripIt was giving out complementary TripIt Pro subscriptions at their Pepcom booth, but more importantly the travel-oriented company also gave Make A Wish the opportunity to fulfill the dream of a deserving recipient.

Make A Wish is a non-profit organization whose mission is “to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.”

TripIt is an all-in-one travel organizer application for people on the go. The company sponsored a teenager who wanted to go to Australia for a very special reason. She had survived ulcerative colitis, leukemia, chemotherapy, and a bone marrow transplant. MacKenna’s wish was to travel across the world from her home in San Jose, California to Australia to meet the donor who saved her life. TripIt adopted her cause and fulfilled that wish.
