The newest  iPhone has been one of Apple’s (NASDAQ: APPL) best-selling smartphones yet. We didn’t have to wait long for fully customized Apple iPhone 6 models to come out. This one, coming from Vorsteiner features a pure gold outer skin created by Gold & CO London. The fully functional mobile device now features a highly luxurious exterior added, allowing the owners in the higher income ranges to even further adhere to their personal choices and requests.

Working with several prominent luxury companies, the London based customizer has created some rather stunning showcases of their work (remember the modified BMW F82 M4 we wrote about a few weeks earlier). This, done for a high-performance and high-quality aftermarket aero parts company Vorsteiner, features the same level of expertise and allure as their other work. Gold & Co. London’s 2014 iPhone 6 range is available for order in multiple finishes ranging from 24kt Gold, rose gold, black gold, Platinum and carbon fiber.

The iPhone does look remarkable with the golden exterior, but some may find it over-the-top in certain ways. There are several high-profile companies developing high-performance and high-quality aftermarket products in the automotive world. Vorsteiner, being one of them, recently revamped its Flow Forged wheel line.

These wheels are highly coveted in the automotive world, as they bring the lightweight configuration with the less impacting price tag – a perfect choice for performance vehicle owners. The selection of possible applications, alongside the available finishes, make for a great deal of choices when it comes to these wheels overall.

As you may know, the Audi S5 Coupé uses the 3.0L Supercharged V6 TFSI engine producing 329 horsepower in its standard configuration for this vehicle. It is a further development of the highly popular engine. This powerplant is already found in the S5 Cabriolet and Sportback, which is also shared with the 2010 Audi S4 3.0 TFSI quattro sedan and avant. This engine is a development of the same powerplant done for the Audi S5 Coupé, where Audi left out the naturally aspirated V8 powerplant previously installed. This is done to accommodate strict emission regulations, but also combat the high fuel consumption of that particular engine as well.

The other major change (compared to the V6 TFSI engine found in the Sedan and Avant) under the bonnet is the introduction of stop-start technology for better fuel efficiency. According to the official info from Audi, owners can expect to achieve an average fuel economy of 8.9 litres/100 km (compared to the current 12.6 litres/100 km in the V8 coupe and 10.7 litres/100 km in the Cabriolet).

The Audi S5 we have in front of us has been equipped with a set of Vorsteiner V-FF 104 wheels. This is a limited run wheel lineup, dedicated to fulfill the needs of high-performance builds like this one here. These wheels are sized 20×10 front and rear respectively. They come with a Mercury Silver finish. The five-spoke design is clean, works wonders for the exterior of the Audi S5, but it also produces a rather impressive performance upgrade, thanks to their lightweight construction and design.

The development of aftermarket car parts is an art form. Whenever high-quality craftsmanship becomes part of a conversation, I always instantly think of the aftermarket car industry. Like so many other parts of the business we encounter, there are certainly companies that provide a subpar product. On the other hand, the aftermarket car industry is filled with companies who’s dedication, persistence and attention to details make them unique in a way. Vorsteiner is part of that group.

As you may know, the current generation BMW M4 has been out there for some time now. It is powered by a 3.0 liter TwinPower turbo inline-six engine developing 425 horsepower. This gives the high-performance coupe enough performance to accelerate from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in just 3.9 seconds for the automatic transmission version of the car. Top speed for this vehicle is 183mph (250km/h) that is electronically limited.

Plenty of pundits will cringe at the mere idea of modifying such a vehicle. BMW did make a rather pretty and aggressive vehicle, all with performance in mind. On the other hand, the need to customize performance cars like these is always something we need to count upon. Making the BMW M4 wider, that’s a completely other game alltogether.

Vorsteiner has painstakingly developed the GTRS4 aero program for the M4. From the computer design phase to the clay modelling, this set of parts was really thoroughly tested and modified, all to create an aero program that fits perfectly on this vehicle. Complete aero kit is made out of carbon fiber, it consists of a front spoiler, front bumpers, side skirts, rear quarter panels and a rear diffuser, all joined by custom made forged three-piece wheels, finished in Sakhir Orange.
